FOR INDEPENDENT CONCIERGE NURSES
Concierge nursing scheduling for post-op and home visits
Build a mobile day around the complete home visit, from arrival and preparation through provider-reviewed documentation and departure.
THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM
Post-op and concierge visits rarely fit a generic booking block.
A private-duty or concierge nurse may provide wellness checks, post-op support, medication-related services within scope, education, or other configured home visits. Each service can require different supplies, preparation, time in the home, documentation, and follow-up.
Travel adds a second layer of variability. A thirty-minute opening after one patient may be usable for a nearby follow-up and impossible for a new patient across the metro. Generic self-booking cannot tell the difference.
Care En Route uses the location and configured service timing to determine which provider-arrival times can fit the existing route. The provider controls service areas, mobile sessions, timing, and pricing.
A WORKABLE MOBILE DAY
A concierge home visit from request to field note
- 01
Patient chooses a configured service
The practice defines the service name, timing, availability, and price without using the booking page to make a clinical decision.
- 02
The home address shapes availability
The address is checked against the service area and surrounding appointments before arrival times appear.
- 03
Intake follows the appointment
The organization’s selected forms and signatures can be completed before the visit and connected to the patient workflow.
- 04
The nurse reviews and documents
The iOS app supports the field schedule, linked chart workflow, and AI-assisted voice-to-text for a provider-reviewed note.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR
Six capabilities that matter for concierge nursing.
Service-specific timing
A short check and a longer post-op support visit should not reserve the same amount of time.
Supply and access buffers
Reserve time around the visit for preparation, parking, building access, cleanup, and departure.
Address-based availability
Let the actual patient location determine which provider-arrival times remain feasible.
Private-pay checkout
Collect the configured booking total through the current Stripe mobile-booking flow.
Complex forms
Use mobile-friendly intake and signature steps while preserving original PDF documents when required.
Field documentation
Capture a draft by voice and keep the nurse responsible for review and finalization.
EMR, CRM, AND PAYMENTS

Care En Route is designed for an independent provider managing a mobile route. A licensed home health agency that needs staffing, plan-of-care management, electronic visit verification, payer billing, authorizations, or multidisciplinary coordination needs agency-grade software.
For an independent concierge practice, Care En Route can provide the address-first booking and field-work layer while the provider keeps the clinical, CRM, accounting, or communication systems appropriate to the practice.
QUESTIONS PROVIDERS ASK
Concierge nursing scheduling FAQ
Is this home health agency software?
No. It is designed for the booking, route, payment, forms, and field-work needs of an independent mobile provider. Agencies need additional staffing, compliance, billing, and care-plan systems.
Can different nursing visits use different durations?
Yes. Services can be configured with timing that reflects the complete visit and the work around it.
Can patients pay when they book?
The launch mobile-booking flow uses Stripe. Square and Helcim are under consideration based on provider demand.
Does AI voice-to-text finalize the clinical note?
No. It assists with drafting. The practitioner remains responsible for reviewing and finalizing the note.
